Presented results of the study demonstrate the effectiveness wegetotropical therapy from Dimephosphon in the complex treatment of patients with rhinosinusitis, where identified mainly vagotonic and dystonic types of vegetative constitution was idenfified. Used scheme of therapy helps to reduce the duration of treatment, confirmed with the subjective evaluation of the patients and the improvement of homeostasis.
