    The article presents a review of modern methods of reconstructive eyelids surgery in neoplasms excision. Data on the position of neoplasms in oncoophthalmology are presented. Methods and significance of definition of neoplasms exact boundaries are described. Advantages of radio wave and laser surgery of tumors are presented. Problems encountered at the present stage of radical surgical treatment in oncology are considered. Possible consequences for delayed eyelid plastics after excision of neoplasms are described. The causes of anatomical, functional and cosmetic insufficiency of surgical removal various defects are analyzed. Indications for the choosing of the reconstruction lids structure method are given. Advantages and disadvantages of each method of reconstructive surgery are analyzed. Biomaterials used to fill tissue defects are described.
