Circular injuries of fingers are among the most serious injuries requiring a differentiated approach in choosing the skin plastic surgery. The most optimal technique is plastic with a flap on the retrograde flow of the digital artery. It allows to ensure the flap re-innervation and achieve the best results. However, the flap area is usually not enough to cover the entire phalanx. We offer different options to combine the flaps. We have identified indicators for different techniques of flap plastic on the retrograde flow of the digital artery.
Key words: vascularized skin plastic surgery, circular injuries of soft tissue of fingers.
