    Vascular disorders of liver with impaired venous outflow – Budd-Chiari syndrome and syndrome of sinusoidal obstruction – are distinguished into a separate group among other diseases with vascular lesions of liver. It is determined by common pathogenesis and, in some cases, treatment approaches. The article discusses the modern diagnostics – various vizualization techniques, and the possibilities of liver biopsy. The described clinical observation demonstrates the difficulties of differential diagnosis. Particular attention is paid to the treatment.
