The article presents the results of a modified repair technique of the uterine scar dehiscence with vaginal access in a patient with connective tissue dysplasia. As a risk factor for pregnancy and parturition complications, connective tissue dysplasia may also cause re-formation of the uterine scar dehiscence after metroplasty. Performing the scar plasty without excision of the scar tissue in such cases allows achieving a positive effect in the form of an adequate uterine scar for planning of the next pregnancy.
