Two clinical cases of uveal effusion syndrome are described. Both patients underwent posterior sclerotomy. The sclerotomy with corneal trepan is a simple technique, which allowed to form the canals for supra-choroidal fluid outflow into the subtenon space.
Key words: uveal effusion syndrome, posterior sclerectomy, corneal trepan.
