Urgency addiction as a response to the «lack of time» phenomenon in the Post-Modern world

The article is concerned with some important features of postmodern society and their effect on human psycho; «lack of time» phenomenon, influence of hyperstimulation by information and MASS-media are considered. Currently urgency addiction is not officially recognized as a diagnosis, which needs therapy. In this work are given the general characteristics of a personality with urgency addiction, psychosomatic processes of this addiction, features of the first period of releasing from the urgency addiction. It is pointed out that it is necessary to popularize addictology as a mean of prevention and inspiration for treatment of addictions.
