    In article the results of tongue ultrasonic research are presented by the patients with cleft palate and lip. Reduction of width and height, roughness of the contour back and asymmetry own muscles in the patients after a palate clefting and without it were revealed by the ultrasonic diagnostic a tongue structures in the transversal plane. The assumption was made about congenital microglossia which an attention isn’t paid in rehabilitation. As a result condition of dental-jaw system was aggravated and secondary deformations maxilla-facial region were formed.
