Immediate treatment results of 87 patients with permanent vascular access thrombosis were analyzed. Patients were divided into 4 groups depending on the cause of thrombosis and surgical tactics: pathology of flow, pathology of the puncture part, pathology of the outflow tract and coexistent affection. The following surgical tactics was applied: isolated thrombectomy, thrombectomy with access reconstruction, thrombectomy with endovascular angioplasty of the access, the hybrid operation. Application of rational diagnostic and surgical technique has allowed to recover the function of permanent vascular access in 92.0% of cases.
