Article is dedicated to one of the topical issues of modern medicine conservative treatment of fractures of the spine in the thoracolumbar using removable hard corsets Orlett LSO-991 and LSO-981. Used in hospitals traction technique of spinal traction supplemented three-stage treatment for patients with fractures of the spine. The basis of who put RF Patent № 2153303 «Method of treatment of fractures of the lumbar spine» from 27.07.2000 year. Examined the biomechanical relationships in the spine arising from injury in thoracolumbar. Described in detail the methodology of clinical and ortopedonevrologicheskogo monitoring of patients who underwent spinal injury. Justified biomechanical principles fixation traumatized level using applied corsets brand Orlett. The right decision in choosing a method of treatment of patients with vertebral fractures will reduce disability in the study group.
