Infections of skin and soft tissues (ISST) constitute more than a half of all visits to a policlinic surgeon. The ISST treatment is based on sanation of the primary focus and antibacterial therapy. An alternative for antibiotics are local antiseptics, which are much cheaper than antibacterial drugs, while the therapeutic effect is sufficient for the local treatment of ISST.
