Treatment of heel pain

Heel pain is a polyietological condition requiring differential diagnosis because of orthopedic, rheumatological and neurological causes. The main cause of heel pain is plantar fasciitis or heel spur. The problems of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of heel pain are described. Heel pain requires complex treatment: limited physical activity; rational footwear, better physiological, use of insteps; shock wave therapy; massage and exercise therapy for the foot and lower leg.
