The article presents analysis of the treatment of 10 patients with fractures of the proximal humerus in children and adolescents from 2012 to 2016, treated in the Traumatology-Orthopedics (Children’s) Department of Republic Clinical Hospital. The patients were treated with the authors’ patented method. Terms of fusion of fractures of the proximal humerus in children and adolescents amounted to an average of 5 weeks, the duration of stay in the Traumatology Department reduced to 3-4 days, rehabilitation went on during 1-2 weeks.
