The article is devoted to the treatment of Kienböck’s disease — aseptic necrosis of a semilunar bone of hand. Classification of Kienböck’s disease is given, depending on the stage of the disease which determines the indications for operative treatment. Variants of operative treatment with vascularized bone implants are proposed. The results of operative treatment of patients are estimated. A scheme is presented of semilumar-radius arthrodesis with cylinder implant with partial destruction of semilunar bone.
Key words: semilunar bone, Kienböck’s disease, aseptic necrosis, vascularized bone plasty.
