The article presents the results of traditional ophthalmic research of 317 patients (622 eyes) with demyelinating diseases. The evaluation of the reliability of the study was performed by calculation of sensitivity (Se) and specificity (Sp) of perimetry method. Basing on the obtained data, ROC-analysis (Receiver Operator Characteristic) was carried out, ROC curves were constructed and the area under the curve AUC (Area Under Curve) was calculated.
Key words: demyelinating diseases, perimetry, ROC-analysis.
