The article describes features of registration of the infections connected with delivery of health care in the Republic of Tatarstan. The main reasons for underestimation of separate nosological forms of purulent ― septic infections are outlined. The main areas of work on creation of independent monitoring of the infections connected with delivery of health care in the Republic of Tatarstan are considered.
