The article presents the results of monitoring elderly patients with osteoarthritis of knee joints II-III st. using autologous PRP for 3 and 6 months. It was shown that PRP therapy is an effective means for treating elderly patients (60 to 80 y.o.) with expressed manifestations of II-III st. gonarthrosis.
