    The article presents the results of treatment of 91 patients with lesions of the bodies of thoracic and lumbar spine segments of tumor and traumatic origin, who underwent puncture vertebroplasty combined with impregnation of the adhesive composition of the Tissucol Kit drug. It is revealed that a differentiated approach based is necessary, based on the knowledge of the pathogenetic mechanisms of composite materials’ influence on the bone.
