To study features of hemodynamics in patient with essential hypertension with left ventricle remodeling of various type, there were studied 195 patients with essential hypertension of 1-3 degree aged from 18 till 84, 56,4±12,9 (M±σ). The duration of hypertension in this group was from 1 to 29 years, average 10,7±7,5 years.
The geometrical model of the left ventricle hypertrophy was determined by eсhocardiography under classification of A. Ganau et al. (1992).
The modulus of volume elasticity (MVE), the average blood pressure, the total peripheral vascular resistance (TPVR), and the MVE/TPVR were calculated by the model of cardio-vascular system by A.E. Teregulov.
It is revealed that in patients with essential hypertension the geometrical remodeling of a myocardium depends on gender, age, duration of arterial hypertension and hemodynamic indicators (MVE, TPVR). Concentric types of remodeling are accompanied with prevalence of the arterial system stiffness over peripheral vascular resistance. With an eccentric hypertrophy, peripheral vascular resistance prevails over the arterial system stiffness.
Key words: arterial hypertension, left ventricle remodeling, arterial system stiffness.
