The results of urine culture 304 newborns are presented in the article. Researches showed that Enterococcus faecalis is main exciter of newborn’s UTI. It is resistant to many antibiotics except Vancomycin. Low sensitivity to antibiotics to other uropathogens identified in newborn was detected. Necessary to carry out the local microbiological monitoring to select the starting mode antibiotic therapy.
