The purpose of the study is to determine the role of immuno-inflamatory reactions in foreseeing the possible ACS development during the 1-3 days of the hospital period. There has been studied the content of C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), natriuretic peptide (NTproBNP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-10 (IL-10) in the blood and IL-6, IL-10 in the saliva of the patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) (n=173) and stable angina (SA) (n=57). There has been identified a high hs-CRР and IL-6 level in the blood of the patients suffering from ACS in comparison with SA patients. A higher content of IL-10 in the blood has been revealed in patients with unstable angina and wave myocardial infarction (non-Q MI), and NTproBNP — in patients with Q-wave myocardial infarction (QMI). Development of complications in ACS patients was preceded by a higher content of IL-6 and IL-10 in their saliva, in comparison with the blood. The obtained results can be used as supplementary diagnostic criteria, which allow to predict the development of cardiovascular complications in ACS patients in the hospital period.
Key words: acute coronary syndrome, complications, С-reactive protein, natriuretic peptide, interleukin-6, interleukin-10.
