The article presents a unified and grounded technological model of an effective medical care for victims with injuries of the pelvic ring and acetabulum in a hospital in the region with the use of modern diagnostic and therapeutic methods.

Key words: pelvis, pelvic bones, lateral and vertical displacement, reposition, osteosynthesis, columns of the acetabulum.
