There is a clinical analysis of the 15 artificial iris implantation in patients with congenital aniridia. There was a combination of the congenital cataract and aniridia in all cases. All surgical operations had a mild post-op period. The artificial iris position was stable in all cases. The intraocular pressure level was elevated in 4 cases. The photophobia decreases in all cases. The visual acuity didn’t change a lot because of the combinated diseases.

Key words: congenital aniridia, iris-lens diaphragm, fiber-reconstructive surgery.
