Tactics of treatment and observation of postpartum retroperitoneal hematomas

Although having different mechanisms of these hematomas formation, both of them had similar clinical presentations and prolonged subacute course. Conservative treatment was chosen in both cases, which was effective in one case and required surgery in another case.
