The article views the problem the treatment of the impression-compression condylar tibial plateau fractures. The features of transosseous osteosynthesis with external fixation apparatus are shown in the treatment of patients with different types of fractures of the condyles of the tibial plateau. The analysis of 65 patients with condylar tibial plateau fractures showed the good reposition abilities of the designed compositions of spoke-rod apparatuses of external fixation.
