Surgical treatment of pyonecrotic complications of the neuropathic form of diabetic foot syndrome

The article describes a complex of pathogenic treatment of the diabetic foot syndrome, including conservative therapy and surgical treatment. The proposed scheme has been used since 2012 for patients with diagnosed poly-neuropathy and the degree of tissue lesions 2-3 by Wagner scale. It allowed to significantly reduce the average time of in-hospital stay and significantly reduce the amount of operative mutilation and recurrences.
