    The authors have analyzed the results of surgical treatment of 346 patients with chronic pancreatitis and its complications using traditional and miniinvasive interventions. The modern principles of surgery of chronic pancreatitis and its complications are defined. The possibilities of miniinvasive techniques in pancreatic pseudocysts treatment are presented
