The authors present the method and technique of treating the cystous neoplasms and tumor-like diseases of the proximal section of thigh bone. The fundamental difference of the elaborated technique is in preserving the anatomic shape of the proximal hip, using Ilizarov’s device for forming the intra-bone regenerate. The latter is able to substitute significant volume of bone cavities. During its “riping”, the proximal hip acquires mechanical-strength characteristics similar to those of a healthy bone.
