Surgical tactics in the early postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction

The causes of early postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction were studied in 59 patients of Surgery Department of Republican Clinical Hospital. The diagnostic program in case of this complication was developed and improved. The modern principles of surgical treatment of early postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction were formulated.
Key words: early postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction, endoscopic catheter contrasting enterography, small intestine, surgical intervention, extraperitonization of enteroenteroanastomosis.
