The article presents and substantiates the technique of rendering orthopedic aid in congenital abnormality of a pelvic ring in the form of extrophy of bladder. The elaborated technique of the pelvic ring restoration creates conditions for restoration of the inner interconnections of the pelvis, normalization of muscle balance and provides gaining normal gait.

Key words: extrophy of bladder, symphysis pubis, sacroiliac joint, device for external fixation.
