    Gastroschisis is a congenital defect of the anterior abdominal wall, characterized by eventration of a part of abdominal organs through the anterior abdominal wall. The pathology is widely spread and currently shows a tendency to increase. In case of timely and rational treatment, survival rate is rather high. The article presents a clinical case of treatment of a newborn with complicated gastroschisis.
