The article investigates the structure of actual fears of mothers and their children. The actual fears of women top managers and their children of primary school age. The features of the interrelationship of actual fears of women top managers and their children of primary school age are revealed. The presence and specificity are determined of interrelations between actual fears of women top managers and their children of primary school age and the features of parental attitude.
