The article gives the anatomic research of the blood supply of pancreaticoduodenal area with selective contrast study of the front and back pancreaticoduodenal arterial archs. It is testified that the ligation of the front upper and front down pancreaticoduodenal arteries is not harmful for the blood supply of the dodecadactylon, what is very important for the resection operations in case of chronic pancreatitis with predominant damage of head of pancreas.
