The article contains the results of the visual trainings with the aid of special training programs in the group of ophthalmic patients with non-object vision, as well as the changes of the visual acuity characteristics in 30 patients aged 5 to 17 years with visual acuity ranging from 0,00 to counting fingers. A package of the training programs has been developed and adapted by our Centre’s researchers for the given category of patients with regard to their limited visual potentials. There were considered the data of the visual acuity dynamic changes of the right, left and both eyes simultaneously. There were also studied the findings of the change in the interaction nature of the man’s visual system involving such parameters as the binocular increase of vision by both eyes, disparity degree as well as minimum and maximum visual acuity value. New insights into the dynamics of the visual potentials were obtained following the course. The results of the investigations may contribute significantly to improving the efficiency of the already existing methods of the sensory impact and they can also contribute to the creation of the new correction methods taking into account the results of the investigations in the given field.

Key words: ophthalmology, visual acuity, non-object vision, intraocular interaction, visual trainings.
