Sensory alalia: speech ontogenesis, clinical implications, approaches to diagnostics and correction

This article is about one of the forms of a system speech developmental disorder, which is characterized by primary violation of formation of the impressive speech, and is diagnosed in children of early age ― a sensor alaliya. In article neuropsychological and neurophysiological mechanisms of this disturbance of a speech ontogenesis, clinical features of formation impressive and becomings of the expression speech at children with a sensory alalia are considered. Diagnostic criteria of detection and the main directions of correction are given. Early diagnostics of a sensor alaliya by pediatricians, neurologists is necessary for the correct routing of the patient and support of the timely complex medicamentous and correctional help.
