    The article describes the result of a step-by-step approach to surgical treatment of a patient with pseudophakia, refraction error after implantation of toric IOL, corneal astigmatism and associated retinal pathology.

    Key words: corneal astigmatism, replacement of toric IOL, epiretinal fibrosis, posterior vitrectomy.
