    Scoliosis of the spine is a common pathology among children. It can be idiopathic nature and represent the only symptom. However, it is known that scoliosis of the spine can be one of the manifestations of syringomyelia childhood. Was studied 40 patients with syringomyelia with the beginning in childhood. Spinal deformity in the form of scoliosis and / or kyphosis was a frequent symptom, and installed in 75% of patients in the initial stage of the disease — in children and in 91.4% of patients in the late period of syringomyelia with the debut of a child. Identified three clinical variants of scoliosis combination with other neurological manifestations of syringomyelia with different types of the disease.
