According to the World Health Organization, schoolchildren are the most vulnerable group of population by the impact of risk factors of chronic non-infectious diseases. To develop the system of school medicine and the system of motivating children and their families to leading healthy lifestyle, in September 2016 a project “Healthy school” started in schools of Privolzhskiy district of Kazan. The project is a part of the Federal project “Russian network of schools of health”. Each school assigned people in charge of the project implementation, organized cycles of lectures for schoolchildren to form healthy lifestyle, developed methodological recommendations and videomaterials on rendering first aid from pedagogical staff. Polling of 806 schoolchildren was performed; interaction between Health Center and medical establishments of the Republic was arranged, aimed at examining schoolchildren to reveal the factors of chronic non-infectious diseases development. Contemporary school is a universal site for uniting the efforts of educational, healthcare establishments and families to protect health of children and adolescents.
