SAFETY AND EFFICIENCY OF THE “ONE CUT” LOOP IN THE TREATMENT OF STRESS URINARY INCONTINENCE

The article presents the results of a survey of 48 patients with stress urinary incontinence. The characteristic of clinical, functional features of these patients is given, the results of surgical treatment of the indicated pathology with the use of the mini-sling Ophira Mini-Sling System are presented. The issues of remote postoperative results are considered. New data have been obtained on the implementation of a surgical manual in a “one day” hospital in the operating room using local anesthesia.
