The emergence of lasers in ophthalmology gave a fundamentally new approach to cataract surgery. For the first time in the world the combination of several lasers was applied: femtolaser (LensSx, USA), Nd-YAG laser with λ1.44 μm with Нe-Ne with λ.0.63 μm («Rakot», Russia). This technology excludes the negative influence of ultrasound and allows to minimize complications in laser cataract surgery with pathology of lens ligament apparatus.

Key words: laser cataract extraction, femtolaser cataract extraction, Nd-YAG laser λ=1.44 μm, femtosecond laser assistance.
