Aortic dissection is one of the most complex clinical and technical emergencies in modern medicine. Aortic aneurysm rupture in Williams — Beuren syndrome after reinfection with SARS-CoV-2 remains poorly described in the literature. A 24-year-old patient with morphologically proven aortic aneurysm rupture and hemopericardium was selected for analysis. Data on the course of the disease and diagnosis are presented, clinical and morphological comparisons are made, and the thanatogenesis is discussed.

Key words: COVID-19, aneurysm rupture, aorta, Williams — Beuren syndrome
