The article presents the results of a comprehensive assessment of the social and professional factors influencing the probability of reproductive health damage in men of working age, The range of reasons (smoking, alcohol consumption, exposure to noise and vibration, contact with chemicals, emotional stress at work) is shown, which significantly influence the formation of reproductive disorders of men working in machine building industry. Preventive measures are proposed.
