Risk factors for death in liver diseases (retrospective and prospective analysis)

The analysis of a course of liver diseases with a various outcome has shown the social factors which are promote for unfavorable outcome: a male sex, a middle age, a family status out of marriage and main etiological factor — a abuse of alcohol. The most unfavorable complication for the forecast: an anemia, an abdominal ascites, severe liver insufficiency; accompanying pathology: a pneumonia, a pancreatitis and an atherosclerosis. The laboratory data of the synthetic and detoxifying liver functions and also dynamics of a cytolysis syndrome are defining for the liver pathology forecast.
