The article presents the results of a survey of 47 patients with acute brain injury complicated by development of intracranial hematomas, who prior to surgery and in the postoperative period underwent neurophysiological studies using transcranial magnetic stimulation. The revealed changes of conductive motor systems helped to clarify the direction and localization of intracranial hematoma, as well as the dynamics of the process in the postoperative period.

Keywords: traumatic brain injury, intracranial hematoma, transcranial magnetic stimulation.
