The article presents the results of the long-term observation of patients with Crohn’s disease, the data of patients with Crohn’s disease register are analyzed, the treatment practice from 2006 to 2013 is compared. The regional features of a course of Crohn’s disease had been determined. The changing in treatment tactics of these patients within 8 years is analyzed.
