 Despite the existing clear regulatory framework for the functioning of the children’s medical care departments in educational organizations, one may note the low efficiency of preventive work with schoolchildren. The structure, staffing and equipment of these departments were optimized, but the procedure for intra- and interdepartmental interaction was not developed. It is necessary to normatively stipulate the algorithm of medical and pedagogical integration to identify individual characteristics of a child’s development during preventive examinations. Interaction with medical workers of various departments of the children’s clinic, physical education teachers, teachers and psychologists and the information exchange between them will allow a pediatrician of the educational organization to conduct a more objective comprehensive health assessment and individualize the health improvement program.
