Ectopic pregnancy remains the most pressing problem in obstetrics and gynecology. Despite the improvements of the diagnosis of such forms of pregnancy, problems with the diagnosis of rare forms of extra-tubal ectopic pregnancy persist. Three cases of rare forms of ectopic pregnancy presented in the article are undoubtedly of clinical interest to obstetrician-gynecologists.

Key words: ectopic pregnancy, pregnancy in the rudimentary horn, ovarian pregnancy, pregnancy in the intramural department.
