Cervical cancer is a relevant problem of women’s reproductive health. According to statistics, it has high prevalence and still continues to expand. As for cancer patients, they are getting younger every year. That is why we need a wider introduction of organ-preserving treatment methods with the possibility of preserving fertility.

The purpose — to show that radical trachelectomy is both a rational way of early cervical cancer treatment and a possibility of realizing the patient’s reproductive potential in the future.

Material and methods. Analytical review of the Russian and foreign literature on the topic. Own data is also presented.

Results. This article presents a clinical observation of a patient after radical trachelectomy, whose childbearing function was successfully fulfilled twice with favorable outcomes, including the delivery through the natural birth canal.

Conclusion. This clinical observation is of scientific interest, since despite the diagnosis of cervical cancer, the patient fulfilled her reproductive potential twice, giving birth of healthy children.

Key words: trachelectomy, cervical cancer, HPV.
