The survey of the guidlines of treatment patients with ovarial tumours. We summarize the experiences of treatment such patients in the gynecological department of the Republic Clinical Hospital, Department of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan. We detalize clinical cases where were complications of treatment and observing patients.
