In this research were detected and measured psychological features of doctors, which are the most significant in building an atmosphere of confidence and collaboration in the process of professional activity. Among these are doctor’s self-confidence in skills for building relationships with the world around and other people, skills for looking for compromises to find agreement in joint decision making with a patient, skills for avoiding conflicts showing compliance. This also includes the ability to come into contact with the patient, hold a dialogue and influence an another person. The control group of psychologists has demonstrated higher rates on the scale of distrust of the world and other people than the group of physicians. They are characterized by a competition mode of behavior, contest, and self-confidence in their ability to influence the other person is lower than that of a group of doctors.
